Company Structure

Paewai Mullins Shearing Ltd operates under a flat structure where we are all part of a dynamic team offering and delivering services to farmer clients.

It is not unusual to go to work to find yourself working next to one of the Directors.

This is a photo of Sean Wineera, his mum worked for the company back in the days of Lui Paewai. Sean was a bit of a chip off the old block  - awesome presser, woolhandler and shearer!
